			Why Does Your Organization Need the Bureau?
			Click picture to launch slideshow. Click on the 'next' arrow to advance.		Description VAINGLORIOUS was invited by the Webbys to perform in the lobby as "The Bureau of Systematic Extraction". We got very excited about this and I put together this html-based promotional piece, which developed the idea of "The Bureau" as a helpful, if slightly (or entirely) mad service organization. It was well received - we got the gig.   About VAINGLORIOUS VAINGLORIOUS was a performance art project which had its heyday during the dotcom era in San Francisco. It was in existence from 1999-2002. We developed a participatory approach - a playful, farcical, humorous interaction with the audience. We showed at The Webbys, Oakland Museum of Art, Dadafest, Somarts, and multiple smaller venues.
